8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penaltyà and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the products. The Customer mayà exercise the right of withdrawal, within the above period, by written notice to Social Cooperative a r.l. Pan based in Contrada Alboreto, snc 66026 Ortona (CH),ITALY to be sent by e-mail and fax.

8.2 The Customer who intends to make use of the right of withdrawal will have toà return the products to the address on the invoice within 14 days of receiving the products.

The Client will not haveà right of withdrawal in the following cases:

1. supply of sealed consumable products (coil heads,cartomizers,liquids) opened and/or used by the Client;

2. supply of rechargeable batteries;

3. atomizers and devices with built-in e-liquid tanks no longerù sealed or used (DGls No. 21 of February 21, 2014 Article 59 Paragraph E, F);

4. product not complete with its accessories and manuals and original packaging or with scratch code scratched and tested (the verification is disposable).

8.3 The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the Customer. Pan restituirà, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer the full price paid by the Customer, less shipping costs, if the product is returned, complete with all its parts and functionsà, returned in its original packaging.
